I took the Scrum Master Certification course with Don Patti and it was fantastic. The 3 days went by so fast I didn’t even know I was in class! The interaction with the other students was great because it helped me learn even more. This was a fantastic prep course to take the Certification test. Don was a knowledgeable but fun teacher. I would recommend this course with Don for anyone wanting to prepare for the Scrum Master Certification.

Instructor was highly experienced and did a great job of sharing real-world examples and tying them to the concepts taught. The overall result was a high-quality educational experience that was meaningful and moved the needle on my skill set. I have attended online session of CSM Training with Donald J. Patti I have really enjoyed the class. The way the session was broken down in to lecture vs activity was really good. It didn’t feel like I was sitting in 6 hour session at all. Also Don was patiently answered all my questions during the class. I truly felt like I expanded my knowledge and got many insights that I wouldn’t have got just by reading from the books. I have also completed the exam 3 days after the session.The strategy for the exam provided at the session and the materials were really helpful.

Excellent, interactive learning environment and well executed delivery with very interesting and applicable examples and class work that enabled full grasp of the concepts/processes taught.

I enjoyed Don Patti. He made practical lessons and easy to relate to similes helping to enhance the retention. Also the tools provided during and post class allowed me to go into the test with confidence. And not to boast but I passed with a 100%, thanks to their help, on the first attempt.

Don was an excellent trainer who kept all the students engaged. I enjoyed the interactions and games we played on Miro as teams. That to me helped me better understand the topic at hand. He had good jokes that made us laugh to lighten the mood/day. I would definitely refer a friend to his class because he made sure to address the topics, we wanted to learn more about at length.

This course was informational and enjoyable. Even though the participants had varying levels of work experience, Don Patti moved the course along at a great pace. He had SO MUCH content prepared, which allowed him to ask the participants which topics were of most interest to us and customize the activities to address those key topics. Don Patti made my experience great! He was a fun, engaging, and effective CST instructor. I found the Miro boards to be a good way for the class to work through activities, but some folks couldn't get the hang of it, which was mildly frustrating--not sure how to make that better, though..

Don is a superb instructor - obviously an expert in the Agile and Scrum project management, but just as importantly, he's an expert in teaching these as well as keeping the class's collective attention and interest.

The breakout group exercises were fantastic. Don covered everything he needed to about Agile/Scrum. That class moved along quickly and held my interest the entire weekend. I took the class on the weekend and passed the exam with a 94% on Monday morning. A fantastic experience.

Had the pleasure to take Donald Patti's Certified Scrum Master training, and as always his structure and content delivery makes it very easy to follow intense course work. There are many simulations and group exercises discussed through Miro board with Zoom breakout rooms for team discussions. Don makes his class very engaging, and quite entertaining with metaphors and real life examples. I previously took his SAFe POPM class and I personally find him to be a tremendous teacher. Highly recommend taking Don's classes.

This is one of the best PD courses I've ever taken. It moved at a good pace, covered all relevant points, and had relevant group exercises. Amazing introduction to scrum and agile frameworks. As a part of a start-up, we needed solutions that could scale and provide the same agility we needed to innovate. Nothing but THE BEST ONLINE CLASS SECTION I ever attended, if I can give Don Patti 10 stars I will because I was new to scrum and it shows in my class responses the first day but after that, on the second day scrum became more easier and I can boast that after the class I am where I need to be but all praise goes to Don Parti explanations, videos and the way he grouped the class makes it fun and helpful. It helps me a lot and I responded to everything like a scrum professional on the second day with no fears or worries like the first day. All I can say is THANK YOU Don Patti ????????

Don Patti was superb teacher. He did not waver in his energy for teaching SCRUM and Agile to the class. I took the CSM test today and passed with flying colors! It's worth the investment. I highly recommend.
